High Turnout of SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES
 
   It's known to all, for same type of fabrics the way to increase turnout of circular loom is increasing cast rate and running time.
 
 1. cast rate = shuttle number x rotate speed of main motor
 
   so the first method is to increase shuttle number, then to increase the rotate speed.
 
 a. increase number of shuttle---A way to hold knots in manufacture of circular loom
   As the manufacture technique goes mature. the shuttle's number also increased. For small model , Light 6-shuttle taking place of 4-shuttle;for medium scale 8-shuttle taking place of 6-shuttle;for large-scale 10-shuttle taking place of 8-shuttle---the reason is turnout for certain speed of main motor,6-shuttle is 1.5 times of 4-shuttle, 8-shuttle is 1.33 times of 6-shuttle and 10-shuttle is 1.25 times of 8-shuttle respectively, it's obvious that increasing shuttle's number is great helpful to higher turnout.
   SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES emphasize particularly on 8-shuttle,10-shuttle and 12-shuttle, the motive is to pursue lead turnout.
 
 b.boost main motor speed---The way to burden painfully by both of circular loom manufacture and plastic weaving field
   As the whole level of plastic weaving being improved,the rpm speed of circular loom is also boosted. Meanwhile three problems arised: 1 if the quality of weft can meet the demand for high speed weaving;2 if plenty of heat due to friction of warp with shuttle can fire break the warp;3 the quantity and lifetime of easy wear parts of circular loom.
   SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES not only aims at high speed, high efficiency , two inverters enable each type of SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES speed-adjustable from low to high to meet different fabrics demands for diffierent customers, lays solid fundation for device capablity and technics level of plastic weaving field.
 
 2.real running time=working time-downtime
 
  Downtime includs weft-change,weft-break,warp-break,device-fail, among these,weft-change downtime occupys the most,hence to increase real tunning time is firstly to decrease weft-change time,also to increase weft length for every batch.
  SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES mainly increase capcity of single weft package to realize it.
  SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES 's weft diameter is 11---12cm,weft capacity is 1.62 times of weft diameter(9---10cm).
  (11*11-4.04*4.04)/(9*9-4.04*4.04)=1.62

              weaving fabric length for each batch of weft 
                      (2276*8)*25.4/14/1000=33m,
              weaving time for each batch of weft 2276/60=37.9 minutes,
              change time of weft from batch to batch 22.5*8/60=3 minutes,
              weaving batches during 24 hours 24*60/(37.9+3)=35.2 batches,
              theoretic weaving turnout every 24 hours 33*35.2=1161.6m,
              real weaving turnout every 24 hours 1161.6*.9=1045m.

  SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES utilizes advanced 3D cam to change sliding friction in warp's open across system to rolling friction,lower the friction rate greatly, the whole load as well,main motor for 8-Shuttle Circular Loom is 7.5kW,for 10-Shuttle Circular Loom is 11kW,and real running load are between 55%---68%.
  As stated already,SPCL CIRCULAR LOOM SERIES resonablely adopts advanced dual inverters control system, gains prominent power-saving result.

  1.Select base parts, standard parts from famous manufacturer, such as motors,bearings,gear box etc..
  2.Reconstruct old structures with new technology, no shuttle wheels, no weft density gear, no slider, no slider shank for SPCL CIRCUlAR LOOM SERIES,decrease easy-wear parts again and again.
