This new type of circular loom SPCL-10 10-shuttle circular loom is based upon more than ten years’ professional experience on circular loom design and running, besides kinds of regular fabric, especially suitable to super light fabric and heavy-duty fabric, e.g. super light canopy cloth and tarpaulin cloth, large Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers ( FIBC ) and other heavy-duty geo-textile (cover all specifications listed in China Standard GB/T17641-1998).

SPCL Ten Shuttles Circular Loom
has breakthrough on three aspects.

Trans-normal production capability from 40g/m²to 800g/m², width of the fabric (perimeter) 3.6~6.05m,unit weight 40~800g/m², this sort of fabrics are widely used as geo-textile, canopy cloth, packing fabric, also available for fabrics with muscles and round thread besides slit film.
High efficiency and daily output 5000m² benefit from that ten shuttles weaving simultaneously.

Perfect quality control technology for fabrics
Firstly: The special architect with advanced weaving principle decrease 5~15% of weaving strength .
